1. How do I place an order?
To place an order, simply click the “Request a Print” button in any collection.
A pop-up form will appear where the required details can be entered. Once submitted, the request will be reviewed and a follow-up will be sent to finalize the order.
2. What payment methods do you accept?
Payments are made via bank transfer to the company’s commercial account. The necessary details will be provided once the order request is confirmed.
3. How long does delivery take?
Once an order is placed, printing and delivery are typically completed within 4–6 days.
4. Do you ship internationally?
At the moment, international shipping is not available.
5. What is your return policy?
Returns are not accepted unless the print arrives with a significant defect or damage.
6. What are the differences between each type of print?
Two types of printing are available: high-quality paper prints (in matte or glossy finish) and Diasec-mounted prints. Each option differs in color, contrast, and overall appearance. The choice of material depends not only on the desired look but also on where the print will be displayed, and is therefore discussed with the client before finalizing.
7. What is Diasec Mounting?
Diasec is where a photograph is bonded to acrylic glass using a special, acid-free adhesive. The back is reinforced with materials such as Dibond, Forex, or aluminum, and finished with a hanging system. This method is widely used today as it enhances depth, sharpness, and overall visual impact, making it one of the most preferred presentation styles.
